This Privacy Policy explains what information 프로젝트팀포유 (ProjectTeamForYou) collects when you play LANDWAR: Ink Atlas, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices and rights you have. We have tried to keep it short and plain. We collect only what we need to run the game.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the Game, which is an online multiplayer and single-player territory-capture game played in web browsers on computers and mobile devices, and to our related web pages (together, the "Service"). You can play as a guest without registering. If you follow a link to a third-party website, that website's own privacy policy applies.
3. Information we collect
Information created when you start playing
- Guest identifier: a random identifier generated by the app the first time you play. It is not derived from your name, email or phone number. It lets us recognise your device and keep your progress. You can see your guest ID in Settings.
- Nickname: the name you choose to display in matches and on leaderboards.
- Language and settings: your selected language and preferences such as sound, graphics and controls.
Information created while you play
- Gameplay data: match results, scores, kills, territory percentage, campaign progress, missions, cosmetic unlocks, in-game coins and experience points (XP).
- Real-time game inputs: the movement and actions you send to our servers during a match, so that the match can be played with other people.
Technical information
- IP address: used transiently to connect you to our servers, to prevent abuse and attacks, and to determine your approximate country so that a country flag can be shown on leaderboards. We do not use it to determine your precise location.
- Device and browser information: such as browser type and version, operating system and device type.
- Error and diagnostic logs: technical records generated when something goes wrong, which help us fix bugs.
Optional account login (if offered)
We may in the future offer optional sign-in (for example, Google sign-in) so you can keep your progress across devices. If you choose to use it, we receive your email address and the account identifier (profile ID) from that provider. We do not receive your password.
What we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, your contacts or address book, or access to your microphone or camera. We do not ask for your real name, and you should not include it, or any other personal information, in your nickname.
4. How we use information
We use the information above to: - provide the Game, connect you to matches and run matchmaking; - save your progress, unlocks, coins and settings; - display leaderboards and rankings; - detect and prevent cheating, bots, fraud, abuse and attacks, and enforce our Terms of Service; - keep the Service secure and reliable and fix errors; - understand how the Game is played so we can balance and improve it; - respond to your requests and messages; and - comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the rights of other players.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. We do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing; automated anti-cheat checks may flag accounts, but serious sanctions are reviewed by a person.
5. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, we rely on the following legal bases: - Performance of a contract: to provide the Game you asked to play, save your progress and run matches and leaderboards. - Legitimate interests: to keep the Game fair and secure, prevent abuse, fix bugs and improve the Game. We balance these interests against your rights, and you can object (see "Your rights"). - Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose information by law. - Consent: for optional features that require it, such as optional account login or, in the future, any analytics or advertising that requires consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.
6. Storage on your device
The Game uses your browser's local storage (localStorage) to keep your guest token, your settings and progress you make while offline. This information stays on your device until you clear your browser data or uninstall the app. If you clear it, your guest progress on that device may be lost (see our Terms of Service).
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or similar tracking technologies. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
7. Information visible to other players
Your nickname, scores and country flag appear on leaderboards and in match results and are visible to other players and anyone who views the leaderboards. During a match, other players can see your nickname, your in-game character and cosmetics, and the emotes you send. Please choose a nickname that does not identify you personally.
8. Service providers and sharing
We use trusted service providers ("processors") to run the Game. They process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described here: - Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery (CDN) for the web app, and protection against network attacks. - Railway — hosting for our game and API servers. - PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway — storage for accounts, progress and leaderboards.
Some artwork in the Game was created with the help of OpenAI image tools. No player data is sent to OpenAI.
The Game currently has no real-money purchases. If we introduce optional purchases in the future, payments would be handled by payment processors (for example, KCP or PortOne) or app stores, and we will update this policy before doing so. We would not receive or store your full card details.
We may also disclose information: (a) if required by law, court order or a valid request from a public authority; (b) to protect the safety, rights or property of players, the public or us, including investigating cheating and fraud; or (c) to a successor if the Game is merged, sold or transferred, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information and we will notify you of any change. We do not otherwise provide your personal information to third parties.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process information on servers located in the United States and other countries that may be different from where you live. When we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps required by applicable law to protect it, such as relying on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by our providers, and, where required, obtaining your consent or informing you as the law requires.
10. How long we keep information
- Guest data (guest identifier, nickname, settings and gameplay data) is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
- Server and error logs, including IP addresses, are kept for about 90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate a specific security incident or abuse.
- Leaderboard entries may remain in aggregated or historical form (for example, season results) after your account is deleted; we remove or anonymise the link to your guest identifier.
- Information we are legally required to keep is retained for the period the law requires.
When the retention period ends, we delete information securely or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: - access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy; - correct inaccurate information (you can change your nickname in the Game); - delete your information; - object to or restrict certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests; - data portability — receive your information in a commonly used, machine-readable format; - withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent; and - complain to your local data protection authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within one month). We may need to verify that a request comes from the owner of the guest ID or account.
12. How to request deletion or access
Email [email protected] from any address and include: - your guest ID, which is shown in the Game under Settings; - your nickname; and - what you would like us to do (for example, delete, access or correct).
Because guest play has no password, please keep your guest ID private. We may ask for additional details, such as recent match information, to confirm the request comes from you. You can also delete the information stored on your device at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
13. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under the minimum age set by the law of your country, such as 16 in some EU countries) without the consent of a parent or guardian. In the Republic of Korea, users under 14 need the consent of a legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without the required consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents and guardians who believe their child has given us information can contact us at [email protected].
14. Security
We protect information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limited to team members who need access, hashed or randomly generated tokens, restricted database access, monitoring for abuse and attacks, and keeping only the minimum data needed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
15. Region-specific information
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland
You have the rights listed above under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work. The legal bases we rely on are described in "Legal bases for processing".
United States (including California)
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA/CPRA), and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. California residents have the right to know, access, correct and delete their personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may use an authorised agent to make a request.

Brazil
Where the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) applies, you have the rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD, and you may contact us as our point of contact for data protection matters at [email protected].

Indonesia
Where Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) applies, you have the rights of a data subject under that law, and we will process your data in accordance with it.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, for significant changes, give notice in the Game before the change takes effect. Where the law requires your consent to a change, we will ask for it.
